When you first pick up your machine, we'll go through the box with you so you know what (and where!) everything is. You'll also get a 30 minute "Quick-Start" lesson to learn how to thread & take care of your machine!
During the lifetime of your machine: (AKA the entire time you have it!)
- You'll get (2) free (1 hour) one on one lessons to dive deeper into the topics you want to learn about on your machine!
- You'll get 10% off Janome/Bernina/bernette accessories for life!
- You'll get your first service FREE!
- You'll get to come to our Universities, which are monthly small group classes that are specialized to your brand & level of machine, where we learn tips & tricks & techniques on your machine that you might not try on your own!
- You can always call us with any questions about your machine and we'll be happy to answer them for FREE!
